Ford OEM Purge Valve 2015-2022 Mustang EcoBoost

The purge valve (Hose Fuel Vapor) is known to fail in the 2.3L and perhaps all across the Ford lineup. A purge valve that is failing can cause the vehicle to idle hard after fill ups, have inconsistent RPM idles at idle and in extreme cases it can led the car to shut off while driving. We recommend our customer to replace their purge valve if they’re experiencing some or all of these examples since they’re very specific to a failing purge valve.
